“Fly like an Eagle” with vision, purpose, and determination to rise above challenges. As the new principal of Udall, I look forward to serving the community as a dedicated professional committed to delivering meaningful results through innovation, leadership, and continuous growth.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Panhandle State University, a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Fort Hays State University, a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Emporia State University, and District-Level Licensure from Wichita State University.

As the son of a school administrator, it seems education has always been in my blood. I began my teaching career in the upper elementary world. Following that, I spent over 20 years teaching Junior High Science and coaching football, basketball, track, and baseball.  I have been in the administration world for 13 years; 5 years as a principal and 8 years as a superintendent. The last two years I was in Oklahoma as a Prek-12 principal for a small school in the Panhandle. 

I am really looking forward to getting to know the people of the Udall School family. My goal for Udall High School and Udall Middle School is “Better Every Day.” As educators it is our job to take each student where they are and help them to reach their potential. We do this in small increments by making improvements every day. Measured growth over time equals great gains. 2026-27 is going to be the year of the Eagle!
