Flu Shot Clinic

The Cowley County Health Department will be at Udall Schools on the morning of Friday, October 9th, 2026, to offer flu shots to students and staff who want the vaccine. Sign-up forms and information are available at the school offices, at the attached link, or on the school website under School Nurse > Health Consent Forms > Flu Shot.  Please submit forms to the school by Wednesday, October 7th.
