This Week's Udall Eagle Cross Country Practice Plan

Fall practices begin this week for our Udall Middle School and Udall High School Cross Country teams. Practice will be held after school on Monday followed by 6:30 AM practices for Tuesday through Friday. This practice plan will be effect for the week of August 17-21. If any cross country student-athlete has a conflict with the morning practice schedule, please see Coach Nash on Monday for instructions for after-school indoor practice schedules. #EagleStrong!
